1. What documents do NGOs need to submit for due diligence?
All NGOs must at least share the following documents with Ketto:
A. Incorporation Document/Registration Certificate/Trust Deed/Society deed (mandatory)
B. PAN Card Copy(mandatory)
C. 80G Registration Certificate(if applicable)
D. Bank Account Information for Indian donations & a canceled cheque of the account/previous month's bank statement (mandatory)
E. FCRA Certificate and Bank details & a canceled cheque of the account (if applicable)
2. Where do I need to submit these documents?
Please sign in to your Ketto account and there is a section in the profile section of your dashboard, "Beneficiary" where you have to add the NGO's bank details and upload required documents. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us.
3. How do I contact my Account Manager?
Details of your Account Manager can be found by signing in and visiting the help center section of your dashboard.
