In order to withdraw funds in your bank account, you need to submit your bank account details and documents as per Ketto's requirements. You can find the list of documents 'Individuals' and 'NGOs' need to submit by clicking on the highlighted words.
To proceed with the withdrawal, it is mandatory to upload all the necessary documents by logging in and going to your account.
Please note that Ketto cannot process any payout until the necessary information is uploaded and approved. Once the documents have been uploaded and approved, your button to withdraw funds will be activated. On clicking the same, you will be able to withdraw the funds.
On your dashboard, you will be shown the amount that you are eligible to withdraw, which at times maybe not the full amount you have raised. This is due to the balance funds raised not being credited into the Ketto bank a/c. Only once the amount is credited into the Ketto a/c will you be able to see it eligible for withdrawal on the dashboard.
Once you click on withdrawal you can expect the INR funds to be credited to your account in 1-2 working days and USD funds in 5-7 working days.

Note: If you are an individual raising funds for an NGO, then you can only click on the "Remind to withdraw" button in your fundraiser dashboard. It is up to the NGO to withdraw the funds you have raised.
