Why email confirmation is needed
Please note as a mechanism to verify if the transaction is genuine, we need a confirmation from you. We currently use different tools to verify if the transaction is not done from a stolen card and this is one of them.
If for some reason you are unable to confirm the transaction, our risk team, after speaking to our payment partners, does the following:
1) Refund the transaction within 7 working days and you will be notified of the same via email.
2) Approve your transaction and process the same. No more communication is sent to you consequently.
It is only being done to make sure the process is legitimate.
